Dear Parent,

Being president of iGymKidz, I have made it my passion to help every child become the best he or she can be. While growing up I would always remember friends of mine who would get made fun of because they were not athletic superstars.  Most of my friends just gave up because they were either scared to go to a gym or just lazy.  This is why I created iGymKidz, which stands for “Interactive Gym Kidz.”  Our mission at iGymKidz is for your child to have fun and get fit.  As a child and a teenager I loved to play video games.  Then the thought occurred to me…get fit while exercising and have the latest interactive video games on the market in one place.  This place is just for kids and it is way cooler then a gym membership.  Now tell me is there a better way to have fun than playing video games at the same time as exercising. I think not!  My hand selected trainers are nationally certified and have over 25 years combined knowledge on fitness and nutrition.  We take great pride in the quality of work we are giving your kids.  Our exceptional great service has been seen on many local television news channels.   I invite YOU to experience the most fun, energetic, fitness activity program around.  We built this system under sound principles.  Have fun, get in shape and make a difference.

Our History

Located in Cooper City, Florida, iGymKidz is a top-rated fitness facility for kids.  We utilize the best machines around for children to get fit.  We do not use free weights because it has been proven that this can impact your child’s joints, ligaments, and tendons.  Instead we use hydraulic machines, which has almost zero impact on growth plates, improves muscle growth, increases stamina and increases bone density.  This is exactly what the “Astronauts” use in outer space.  Some of our other equipment is integrated with PS2 gaming and X-Box move is very popular.  This is where all the fun begins!!!  Exercise + Video Games = iGymKidz.com
